The Christian Science Monitor is running a story worth reading. I reported in my interview that within our MAINSTREET STIMILUS we advocate that stimulus monies be sent from Washington DIRECTLY to our city and county officials that make up our metro-economies in order for mayors and county officials to move rapidly and immediately to quickly put people to work.
This is important for cities and counties to respond quickly to the deterioration of the job losses that continue to hamper economic activity of our metro-economies that drive the national economy.
Of the ten sectors included in our MAINSTREET STIMULUS, in Community Development Block Grants and Green Jobs Block Grants, the States would directly receive 30 per cent, the 70 per cent balance would come directly come to Cities and Counties that make up our metro-economies. .
The Highway stimulus funds should be distributed through the Surface Transportation Program(STP) which would provide approximately one third of the funds directly to States and the two third balance would go directly to the Metropolitan Planning Organizations (MPOs) established in 1991 to provide the metro officials to receive federal money to tailor transportation improvements to meet the needs of our metro areas.
All of our proposals are based on laws that have been passed by the Congress. The statutes were approved to allow a fair balance to Cities, Counties and States.
The nation's mayors are in total support for Congress provide our "cash-strapped" States immediately funds totaling billions for medicaid payments (fmap). This is the "pac-man" of State budgets and relief is needed now. Further unemployment benefits in billions must be forwarded to States to assist thousands (240,000 over the last month alone) who have lost their jobs.
We respect the great Governors of our nation and the States of our Union. But with all due respect, we are in a national crisis that calls for a substantial and fair share of jobs and infrastructure funds be sent directly to cities and counties that make up our metro economies now.
Further, in all our MAINSTREET STIMULUS components, the rural areas of America are provided a proportional amount of stimulus funds.
Now, at this critical time, we must recognize the urgency of this national crisis and Congress must send a fair share of stimulus funds to our metro-economies commensurate with the metropolital gross product of the metro-economies that continue to drive our national economy.
Here are the facts. The metro-economies generate 90 per cent of the nation's gross domestic product, 90 percent of our labor income and 86 percent of the nation's jobs. That is why our MAINSTREET STIMULUS is needed now.

I HAVE ANOTHER QUESTION FOR YOU IN REFERENCE TO TERRORISM AND INTELLIGENCE WHAT GIVES A PRESIDENT THE RIGHT TO VIOLATE THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES? AND WHY SHOULD HE BE ALOWED TO GET AWAY WITH IT? PRESIDENT BUSH DID EXACTLY THAT THRU THE USED OF EXECUTIVE ORDERS HE PUT IN PLACE AFTER 911 THAT WERE SUPPOSSED TO BE A WAY OF FIGHTING TERRORISM BY ESTABLISHING A COMMUNICATION LINK BETWEEN LOCAL GOVERMENTS AND THE COMMUNITY. WHEN IN REALITY WHAT HE DID WAS TO ESTABLISHED A 2ND FEDERAL GOVERMENT RUN OUT OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA WHERE EVERY FEDERAL GOVERMENT AGENCIE HAS BEEN DUPLICATED BOTH IN LOCATION AND PERSONNEL WHAT I MEAN IS THAT CALIFORNIA HAS BEEN FOR THE LAST ALMOST 7 YEARS A COUNTRY ON ITS OWN. WHERE ALL FEDERAL LAWS AND STATE LAWS HAVE BEEN CHANGED TO WHAT THIS NEW GOVERMENT POLITICIANS LIKED FOR THERE CONVINIENCE. WHAT PRESIDENT BUSH DID DIRECTLY VIOLATED THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES AND NOW HE GETS TO RETIRE TO HIS PALACE IN TEXAS. I AM SURE THAT PRESIDENT ELECT OBAMA IS NOW AWARE OF WHAT BUSH DID BECAUSE DURING HIS FIRST PUBLIC SPEECH AFTER HIS ELECTION WHEN ASKED IF HE WAS GOING TO START MAKING CHANGES HE MADE A STATEMENT THAT WHEN SOMETHING LIKE THIS "NO BECAUSE THERE CAN ONLY BE ONE (1) UNITED STATES GOVERMWENT AND 0NE PRESIDENT" WHEN I HEARD THIS I KNEW HE WAS REFERING TO THE 2ND FEDERAL GOVERMENT ESTABLISHED IN CALIFORNIA. A 2ND GOVERMENT THAT HAS BEEN ALLOWED TO RUN COMPLETELY SEPERATED FROM THE REAL FEDERAL GOVERMENT. A SYSTEM THAT HAS GOTTEN ALL ITS OPERATING FINANCES BY STEALING FROM THE PEOPLE OF CALIFORNIA BY LOWERING AND TAKING FEDERAL GRANT MONIES THAT ARE SUPPOSED TO GO HELP SMALL BUSSINESSES, CHARITIES, HEALTH AND WELFARE, UNEMPLOYMENT BENEFITS AND A LOT OF OTHERS PROGRAMS SO IN THE LONG RUN THE TAX PAYERS IN CALIFORNIA HAVE BEEN PENALIZED ON TOP OF THIS FAKE FEDERAL GOVERMWENT RECEIVING FUNDING UNDER THE DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY. I DON'T KNOW IF YOU HEAR ABOUT THE FARMERS SUBSIDIES ABUSED THAT WAS ON THE NEWS WELL THAT INCLUDED AS A RECIPIENT OF THIS SUBSIDIES BILL GATES WELL THAT IS ALL RELATED TO THIS FAKE GOVERMENT BECAUSE HE ALSO HOLDS A POSITION ON THIS NEW GOVERMENT AND THAT ITS HOW HE RECIEVES HIS PAY. WELL THIS INDIVIDUAL ABUSING HIS POSITION AND USING FEDERAL FUNDS TO OBTAIN HIS PERSONAL BANDETTA AGAINST A CITIZEN OF THE UNITED STATES HAS VIOLATLED A WOMAN'S CIVIL LIBIRTIES SINCE 2002 AND ALL WITH THE COOPERATION OF THIS FAKE FEDERAL GOVERMENT, AND ALSO STATE, COUNTY, AND LOCAL GOVERMENT'S COOPERATION AND WHERE THEY HAVE PRETENDED THAT THIS HAS NOT BEING TAKING PLACE AND EVERY TIME SHE HAS TRY TO DO SOMETHING THEY HAVE IGNORED AND BLOCKED EVERY ATTEMPT SHE HAS MADE TO GET HELP FOR HER SITUATION. I WOULD CLASSIFIED THIS AS TERRORISM. THIS INDIVIDUAL HAS BEEN AND CONTINUES TO BE TERRORISED DAY AND NIGHT SHE ITS FOLLOWED EVERYWHERE SHE GOES, HER METHODS OF COMMUNICATION WITH THE OUTSIDE WORLD ARE ALLWAYS MONITORED. INCLUDING HER HOME, TELEPHONE, CAR SHE HAS NOT BEING ABLE TO MAKE A MOVE WITHOUT THEIR CONSTANT VIGILANCE AND HARRRASMENT. WHAT MAKES ME SICK IS THAT HOW CAN PEOPLE WHO CALL THEMSELVES CITIZENS OF WHAT ITS SUPPOSED TO BE A GREAT COUNTRY LIKE THE UNITED STATES COOPERATE WITH THIS KIND OF PROGRAM? ALL FOR WHAT AN EXTRA PAYCHECK O YES THIS INDIVIDUALS GET PAY FOR THEIR SERVICES USING TAX PAYERS MONIES TAKING AWAY FROM FEDERAL PROGRAMS HAS ANY OF THEM BOTHER TO STOP AND THINK ABOUT WHAT THEY ARE DOING OR PUT THEMSELVES AND THIS WOMAN'S PLACED OR WHAT ARE THEY TEACHING THEIR CHILDREN WHO ARE THE FUTURE LEADERS OF THIS COUNTRY TO IGNORE THE LAW AND VIOLATE THE CONSTITUTION OF THIS COUNTRY. SHOULD THE FEDERAL GOVERMENT AND STATE OF CALIFORNIA INCLUDING LOCAL GOVERMENT BE ALLOWED TO GET AWAY WITH TERRORISM OF A CITIZEN. and the Apathy of people sit back and let him ride on past "box office illusion" as he continue to destroy the State.
it's the people's fault.. they fall for anything, and that is just what they get - which results to be nothing. and now the debt ratio probably equals each family owing nearly 15K, including toddlers. and people are still not awake.
Sadly, they choose pandering city people who play into it, because they don't have a voice and no understand of what they need to embrace to get a voice. and so you have cities taken over by thugs and drugs, and mob like groups.. and the people act like farm peasants, unaware to even think and speak up.
